Fettina all’italiana

If you feel like having something grilled and either (a) you don’t have a barbecue or backyard, like myself, or (b) the weather does not permit, I’ve found a better solution to ordering from your neighborhood steakhouse: Fettina all’italiana.  This quick and easy recipe calls for Nature Milk-Fed Veal, however, it can be substituted with any other thinly-sliced meat.

Ingredients

Thinly-sliced Nature Milk-Fed Veal Cutlets

Fresh Lemon Juice

Salt

Pepper

Oregano

1.  Sprinkle frying pan with salt and let pan heat on high flame until hot.

2.  Place veal cutlets in frying pan and squeeze lemon juice over the meat, quickly season with salt, pepper, and oregano and flip over after 30 seconds.  Repeat lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano and serve immediately.
